Me: I’m won­der­ing if any­one else thought Obama’s vic­tory speech looked like some­thing out of Star Wars with all that music and then CNN’s holo­gram of Jes­sica Yellin.
Spira: Dude! You’re totally not the only one!
Me: Phew. The holo­gram was pretty cool though.
Spira: As soon as the music started, I thought, “Wait… that sounds a lot like the Star Wars theme…“
Me: My God… me too!!! I smell a law­suit com­ing. How funny would it be if George Lucas sued Barack Obama on his first day of pres­i­dency.
Spira: Wait… does this mean that Obama is Luke Sky­walker, the one to defeat the Dark Side of the Force!? It all makes sense now!
Me: And then Luke Walker becomes pres­i­dent of the United States of Amer­ica. All the pieces are fit­ting together. How could we have not seen this before?
Spira: I don’t even know. It was so obvi­ous!
Me: We should become polit­i­cal advis­ers.
Spira: I think that’s our only option at this point.
